Refund policy
*Shipping*
- Shipping costs are additional and determined by the weight and volume of the product, as well as the destination country.
- You'll receive shipping charges information when you inquire about your order.
*Returns & Refunds*
- Since our garments are custom-made for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed.
- However, if you receive an item that's damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you can return it within 2 days of delivery.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
- No returns or exchanges are accepted unless an opening video of the parcel is recorded and provided to us.
- This video should clearly show the contents of the parcel, including the product and any packaging or accessories.
- If the opening video shows damage or defects that were not mentioned in the product description, we will consider a return or exchange.
- Without an opening video, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
*Alterations*
- However, we're more than happy to assist with any alterations you may need! If you'd like to make any changes to your garment, please let us know and we'll work with you to get the perfect fit.
*Taxes & Duties*
- For international deliveries, prices don't include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes.
- As the recipient, you're responsible for paying these charges when your order arrives.
- You'll need to settle these costs before your order can be released from customs.
